The internet connection to be used during this access is the responsibility of the user.

This permission allows storing the icons used in the application and photos, videos and databases of the application in the memory of the device.
• Microphone Permission
This permission includes the use of the microphone on the user's device, directed by the application. During use, the process is carried out in line with user decisions with application guidance. The videos recorded in the mobile application are stored in the encrypted environment of the user and are only accessible to him and the institution to which he is affiliated. The videos are not shared with third parties or institutions without user information.
Applicable Law and Competent Court
Turkish law will be applied in the interpretation, implementation and resolution of disputes that may arise between the user and the company, and Ankara Courts are authorized to resolve any disputes that may arise.
İsem Yayıncılık cares about personal information and data security and takes care to take all necessary measures in this regard. We offer applications as they are. For this reason, you agree that you cannot hold İsem Yayıncılık responsible for any adverse events arising from our applications.
İsem Yayıncılık makes the necessary efforts to take all precautions for the security of these applications and fulfills its obligations under the Google Play Developer Program Policies agreement.
Our applications are only available in Google Play Store and IOS App Store. If these applications are located in another Android or IOS store without our knowledge, İsem Yayıncılık cannot be held responsible for the downloads.
All kinds of copyrights related to all content consisting of audio, written and visual elements and software in these applications belong to İsem Yayıncılık. Any of our applications or their copyrighted content; copying, reproducing, republishing, disassembling, re-publicizing, etc. you agree that you will not engage in actions.
